Women’s Fiction or Boomer Fiction?
The Autumn In The Desert series takes place in the fictional Palm Lakes Senior Community in Arizona in the 1990s. It can best be categorized as boomer fiction. But boomer fiction isn’t really a genre at this time, so I sometimes put it in women’s fiction. Yet, in spite of there being no boomer fiction genre, I believe that there is a huge reading audience of boomers and seniors who love reading about characters their own age. Like the movie and book Best Exotic Marigold Hotel, the Autumn In The Desert series shows that it’s never too late to write a happy ending for your life story. And that’s something I think we all love and deserve. I hope that boomer fiction blossoms as a genre and that many authors start writing books about people in their senior years.

The Eridu series is science fiction that is also ancient historical fiction, as it is based on actual scholarly studies as well as legends and myths relating to the influence of nonterrestrial cultures on humans in ancient and prehistoric times.
The Eridu series will probably be three books, and I hope to launch the first in late 2019 or early 2020. To get notification of the launch and be an advance reader, please fill out the form on this page.
